Asset Manager - MRI Implementation

£450 - £500 per day

Full/Part time hours available, 3-5 days a week (negotiable)

Interim Contract - minimum 6 -12 months

Sellick Partnership Ltd are supporting a public sector organisation based in South Wales with the recruitment of an Asset Manager to help assist with the implementation of MRI's Housing Asset Management system

Daily duties of the Asset Manager:

Be responsible for overseeing and managing housing asset management projects, with a specific focus on utilising MRI software for property management
Manage the full project implementation
Support and advise current members of staff on the future use of the MRI system
Manage multiple deliverables simultaneously and meet deadlines
Coordinate with various stakeholders of the businessEssential experience of the Asset Manager:

Extensive knowledge and experience with MRI's Housing Asset Management system
