An established security systems manufacturing company based in Tyseley require an experienced Access Control Engineer.
Duties:
* Perform installations including the integration of access control systems (e.g. Paxton,Hikvision, Intratone)
* Dis-connect and re-connects of door installations.
* Service and install a range of door entry, warden call, automatic door / gate systems, CCTV systems (including IP/networked), and intruder alarms.
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance to the above systems.
* Pre installation site surveys to assess cable routes etc.
* Visiting client locations and informing them of the functionality, care, and upkeep of their new installations.
Requirements:
* An accreditation with ADSA, CAMEsafe, Tynetec CAI or equivalent.
* Overview of different electronic locks, interlock and fob systems.
* Ability to read blueprints and system schematics.
* CSCS or ECS card (preferred)
* Full UK driving licence.
Hours:
* Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm or 8am to 5pm with occasional earlier starts when required to visit clients.
This is a permanent position with an immediate start
