Job Responsibilities

Manage and lead a team effectively.

Ensure compliance with all necessary regulations and standards.

Conduct risk management assessments.

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.

Facilitate in-person interviews and candidate selection processes.

Verify all necessary licenses, qualifications, and registrations.

Ensure all references and background checks are completed.

Person Specifications

Must Have

Eligibility to work in the UK.

Enhanced DBS Disclosure valid within the last 12 months.

HCPC registration.

Social Work England registration.

3 years of post-qualification experience with an English Local Authority.

Effective communication skills.

Nice to Have

Experience in a similar role within a council or local government setting.

Additional certifications in risk management or team leadership.
