1:1 Teaching Assistant 

Location: Leicester City Centre
Salary: £83 - £85 per day

GSL Education are seeking a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant for a rewarding role in Leicester City Centre. This position involves working closely with a specific student to provide tailored support and facilitate their academic and social development.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personalized support to a designated student during school hours.
Assist in adapting materials and lessons to meet the student's individual needs.
Help with the implementation of educational and behavioral plans in collaboration with teachers and parents.
Monitor and encourage the student's progress and independence.
Requirements:

Experience working one-on-one with children, particularly those with additional needs, is highly advantageous.
Strong understanding of confidentiality and professional boundaries.
Empathetic and patient approach to student interaction.
Enhanced DBS check on the update service is required.
