Job Title – Maintenance Engineer
Location – Peterborough (Relocating to New Site in Market Deeping)
Shift – Sunday to Thursday, 10pm – 6am
Salary – £52,300

We’re after a multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer ready to roll up their sleeves and keep things moving.

You'll be joining a tight-knit team at our Peterborough site (relocating to Market Deeping in 2025), where keeping production running smoothly is the top priority.

In this Maintenance Engineer role, you'll:

* Work alongside the production team to minimise downtime

* Carry out proactive and reactive maintenance

* Troubleshoot faults and complete repairs to prevent recurring issues

* Ensure key parts, tools, and materials are always available

* Help improve plant productivity through smarter maintenance

What are we looking for? Maintenance Engineer

* A true multi-skilled engineer

* Confident with fault-finding on single & three-phase systems, AC/servo motors, sensors, and control systems

* Able to handle small electrical installations (lighting, power) – PLC knowledge a bonus

* Mechanically sound with hands-on experience across rollers, gearboxes, pneumatics & hydraulics

* Someone who can strip and rebuild machines confidently

* NVQ Level 3 or “time-served” engineers welcome

* Organised, self-motivated and a strong communicator
