About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of a busy leisure centre in Trowbridge, Wiltshire. This is a hands-on management role, responsible for ensuring the site operates safely, efficiently and to the highest standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the leisure centre, ensuring smooth and safe running at all times

*

Manage, motivate and develop site staff, including rotas, training and performance

*

Ensure compliance with health & safety, safeguarding and statutory regulations

*

Monitor site maintenance, cleanliness and presentation

*

Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally

*

Manage opening and closing procedures and site security

*

Support programming and delivery of activities to maximise participation and income

About You

*

Proven experience in a management or supervisory role (leisure, facilities or similar environment preferred)

*

Strong leadership and people-management skills

*

Excellent customer service and communication abilities

*

Sound understanding of health & safety and operational compliance

*

Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends

*

Relevant leisure management or facilities qualification (desirable, not essential)
