Job Title: Registered Care Manager
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum
Location: Cambridgeshire

Claire at Amber Mace is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established independent care provider in Cambridgeshire, who is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Care Manager to lead their service.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and passionate manager who is already registered (or has held registration previously) and is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care while maintaining strong compliance standards.
The Role:
As Registered Care Manager, you will have full operational responsibility for the service, ensuring safe, effective, and compliant care delivery in line with CQC requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

Overall management of the service, including care quality, compliance, and performance
Acting as the Registered Manager with the CQC and maintaining regulatory standards
Leading, motivating, and developing the staff team
Ensuring person-centred care is delivered consistently
Managing audits, safeguarding, quality assurance, and action plans
Building strong relationships with service users, families, professionals, and commissioners
Ensuring accurate documentation, care planning, and reporting
Essential Requirements:

Proven experience in a Registered Manager role within health or social care
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and inspection processes
Confident leadership and people management skills
Passion for high-quality, compliant care delivery
