Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and mentor the workshop team, ensuring efficient vehicle maintenance and repair

* Diagnose and resolve complex faults with precision and within deadlines

* Plan and prioritise daily workloads to meet customer expectations

* Maintain accurate records and promote continuous process improvements

* Collaborate across departments to provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Workshop Mechanic or Foreman in a relevant industry

* Sound technical knowledge of vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrics

* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

* Valid driving licence and ability to use workshop management software

* Commitment to health and safety standards
