Internal Sales Manager (Telecoms)

£45,000 - £50,000 + £10k Bonus + High Autonomy + Progression + Benefits

Office based. Commutable from Swindon, Chippenham, Cirencester, Faringdon, Marlborough and surrounding areas.

Are you a motivated leader in sales, looking to join an international leader in a newly formed and a highly autonomous role as you manage a team of sales executives moulding the department and working to achieve sales targets and continue the success and growth of the business?

The UK based company design, manufacture and distribute telecommunication solutions for high value clients and due to their continued growth and demand, they are looking for a new motivated leader to take the sales department to new heights.

Within this key position, you will be tasked with overseeing a group of sales executives to achieve objectives, creating a sales strategy alongside the Head of Sales whilst attending industry events to identify new business opportunities. Candidates with any experience in leadership roles in sales are encouraged to apply.

The Role:
