We're working with a forward-thinking insurance company looking for a Growth & Marketing Executive to help strengthen broker relationships, increase brand visibility, and drive business growth through creative campaigns and digital outreach.

This role blends business development with hands-on marketing, offering real variety and responsibility. You'll play a key part in supporting product rollouts, building broker engagement, and developing content across email, web, and social media channels.

What you'll be doing: Growth & Marketing Executive

Supporting broker relationships via phone, email, and occasional face-to-face meetings.

Helping to design and deliver digital marketing campaigns.

*

Creating content for emails, social media, and the company website.

*

Analysing campaign data and broker engagement to shape future strategy.

*

Promoting events and supporting their delivery.

What were looking for: Growth & Marketing Executive

At least 1 year in a marketing, sales, or business development role.

A proactive, confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced setting.

Someone who's comfortable juggling multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Bonus points for experience in the UK insurance or financial services market.
