Pay Rate: £12.25 per hour
Shift Pattern: Rotational Shifts (Monday to Friday)

Shift 1: 06:00 AM - 14:30 PM

Shift 2: 14:30 PM - 22:30 PM

The company is known for offering long-term, stable employment opportunities, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent contract after 12 weeks, based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Stock Management:

Picking stock from designated collection locations and placing it where needed.

Replenishing stock in the production areas as required.

Production Line Duties:

Packing products on the production line, ensuring that products are packed securely and efficiently.

Ensuring that all products meet the correct weight requirements for packaging.

Quality Control:

Conducting regular quality checks on all items to ensure that they meet company standards.

Labelling and Coding:

Labelling products with the correct batch codes and labels to ensure traceability and compliance with regulations.

Environmental Conditions:

Working in chilled environments, with temperatures around 4°C. Candidates should be comfortable with this temperature range for the duration of the shift.

Skills & Experience Required:

Previous experience in a similar production or warehouse role would be beneficial but not essential.

Ability to work efficiently and maintain high-quality standards.

Good attention to detail, especially with packing, labelling, and performing quality checks.

Comfortable working in a chilled environment.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
