The Opportunity
Our client, a highly prestigious and academically outstanding independent school based in Lewisham, is seeking to appoint a passionate and committed Science Teacher to join their thriving and well-resourced Science department. The Role
The successful candidate will:
* Teach Science across Key Stages 3 to 5 (specific timetable tailored to subject strengths: Biology, Chemistry, or Physics)
* Plan and deliver engaging, innovative lessons that foster curiosity and academic rigour
* Contribute to the continued development of the Science curriculum and co-curricular activities
* Use a variety of teaching methods and technologies to support different learning styles
* Participate actively in departmental meetings, school events, and CPD opportunities
* Demonstrate strong classroom management, professional conduct, and an enthusiasm for collaborative learning
