Vivid Resourcing are working exclusively with an SRA regulated firm in Central London who need a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their team.

Day-to-day responsibilities include handling a caseload of:

General sales & purchases
Transfer of Equity
Deed of gift

The firm uses an AI platform to help you work more efficiently and to cut down your time doing administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will:

Be a CILEX or SRA qualified solicitor
Be able to start a new role within 1-2 weeks
Be comfortable handling a caseload of approx. 100 files
Be able to work autonomously

Weekly hours: 37

Contract length: 3 month rolling (scope to go permanent)

Office presence: None - 100% remote working
