Job Title: Site Manager (Temp to Perm)
Location: Dunfermline
Salary: £43,680 per year (£21 per hour)
Contract: Temporary to Permanent (with potential pay rise after 6 weeks)

We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced Site Manager to join our team in Dunfermline on a temp-to-perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in Hard FM services and facilities management to step into a role with long-term potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive works in line with qualifications and skill set.

*

Use and provide training on customer-specific contract systems.

*

Oversee the successful delivery of Hard FM services as detailed in contractual agreements.

*

Manage and audit subcontractors, ensuring compliance and performance standards are met.

*

Issue permits and risk assessments when necessary.

*

Provide support, leadership, and guidance to on-site engineers and operatives.

*

Liaise with clients and subcontractors to prepare quotes for additional works.

*

Ensure all KPIs and SLAs are consistently achieved.

*

Promote a strong health and safety culture, including reporting near misses and hazards.

*

Produce management reports and data analysis as required.

*

Ensure statutory and non-statutory certifications are obtained and remedials are actioned and recorded.

*

Conduct site inspections and audits, ensuring timely resolution of findings.

*

Support other properties within the portfolio when needed.

*

Carry out all work safely, diligently, and in accordance with company policies and health and safety regulations.
