£90 - £120 Per day

Job Duties:

Supervise students in the absence of the regular teacher
Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a productive learning environment
Follow lesson plans provided by the teacher
Assist students with their work and provide support as needed
Monitor student progress and report any issues to the appropriate staff

Required Qualifications:

GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage and engage with students effectively

Education:

Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths or equivalent

Experience:

No previous experience required, training will be provided

Knowledge and Skills:

Understanding of classroom management techniques
Ability to communicate effectively with students and staff
Basic knowledge of educational practises

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with children or young people
Additional qualifications in Education or related field

Working Conditions:

This role involves working in a school environment, following school hours and term times. It may require standing for long periods and occasional interaction with challenging behaviour
