Practice Pharmacist (GP Surgery) - Near Reading

An established, forward-thinking GP practice near Reading is seeking a Practice Pharmacist to join their multidisciplinary team. This is a full-time or Part-Time role predominately based on-site (with some flexibility, including 4-day working options). They offer a competitive salary of £45K–£58K, depending on experience, plus NHS pension and onsite parking.

The Opportunity:

You'll play a pivotal role in delivering safe, effective, and patient-focused care — from medication reviews to chronic disease management. You’ll support prescribing quality, handle medicine reconciliation, provide telephone clinics, and champion best practice across audits and prescribing frameworks (QOF, PINCER, PQS).

What You'll Bring:

* GPhC registration & a degree in pharmacy

* Experience in primary care or general practice

* Excellent clinical knowledge & communication skills

* Independent Prescribing & Clinical Diploma (desirable with support provided to complete this)

* A proactive, team-oriented mindset
