We are recruiting for a print finisher to join our client in Bradford on a full time permanent basis

Responsibilities;

* Operate a B1 Print Finishing Machine.

* Apply Emboss and Foil impressions to various types of cardboard/paper sheets.

* Set up to 6 different foil positions at any one time.

* Use die cutting forms to die cut full sheets.

* Make ready multiple dies in any one pass.

* Follow out in house quality checks, documenting any issues and archiving samples.

* Work with the production team to lay up sheets while considering customer demand, machine positioning, waste and efficiencies.

* Monitor consumable stock levels.

* Use Melonex files to align dies in the exact required position.

* Follow production schedules.

* Use Low-Res imagery to countercheck all finished product.

* Set machine temperatures/weight to suit bespoke dies/board.

You will be required to work morning and afternoons on a rotating pattern, weekly.
