Team Leader – Meat Factory

Location: Poole
Pay Rate: £13.75 per hour
Hours: 15:30 – 01:00 (Monday to Friday)
Contract: Temp to Perm

We are looking for a hands-on, motivated Team Leader to join our client’s busy meat processing factory in Poole.

What you’ll be doing:

* Leading and supervising a production team to meet daily targets

* Ensuring high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality are maintained

* Coordinating workloads and supporting shift planning

* Training and developing team members

* Reporting to senior management on shift performance

What we’re looking for:

* Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role (ideally in food production or manufacturing)

* Strong communication and organisational skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, chilled environment

* A positive, proactive attitude with a focus on teamwork and efficiency
