About the role of Administrator in the Claims Assessment Team
As an Administrator in the Claims Assessment team, you’ll be an essential part of the claims process – ensuring smooth operations, accurate records, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
What you’ll be doing as an Administrator in the Claims Assessment Team
Supporting the full claims assessment cycle with administrative tasks
Communicating with policyholders, suppliers, repairers, and internal teams
Updating the CRM system accurately and efficiently
Analysing and processing insurance claims with care and logic
Creating spreadsheets and reports to support the team
What we’re looking for in an Administrator for the Claims Assessment Team
Experience in administration, claims assessment, customer service, call centres, or insurance
Confident with Microsoft Office and other IT systems
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
Analytical, detail-focused, and eager to learn
Ability to reliably commute to Warwick for an 8:30am start on office days
