Competitive salary package - £40,000 - £42,000 per annum

Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM) on electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
Conduct inspections and resolve potential issues proactively.
Respond to breakdowns and carry out repairs across various systems.
Maintain documentation and comply with safety and regulatory standards.Requirements:

Relevant qualifications in electrical, mechanical, or HVAC disciplines (e.g., 18th Edition, City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3).
Proven multi-skilled maintenance experience (including HVAC and plumbing knowledge).
Strong fault-finding and repair skills.
