The Role – Science Early Career Teacher (ECT):

Full-time, permanent Science teaching position
*
Teaching KS3 and KS4 Science (specialism welcomed but not essential)
*
Full ECT induction and mentoring from experienced staff
*
Access to strong departmental resources and schemes of work

The Ideal Candidate – Science Early Career Teacher (ECT):
*
Currently completing PGCE with QTS or recently qualified
*
Strong subject knowledge in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics
*
Enthusiastic, committed, and reflective teaching practice

Ability to inspire curiosity and achievement in Science
*
Willing to work collaboratively with a dedicated team
