Senior Recruitment Consultant
LOCATION: Hull
SALARY: up to £40,000 basic salary + Commission – Year 1 OTE of up to £60,000

We’re looking for a proven and commercially successful Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team, taking ownership of established accounts while continuing to grow new business within their specialist market.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Consistently achieving and exceeding personal revenue and billing targets.

*

Managing and developing long-term client relationships within your specialist sector.

*

Delivering a full 360 recruitment service across permanent roles.

*

Acting as a trusted advisor, providing market insight, salary benchmarking and recruitment guidance.

*

Proactively sourcing, interviewing and placing high-quality candidates.

*

Developing new business opportunities alongside maintaining existing accounts.

*

Supporting and mentoring junior consultants where appropriate.

*

Marketing candidates and recruitment services to prospective and existing clients.

*

Maintaining accurate CRM records and monitoring performance against KPIs.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

*

Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally within a 360, client-facing role.

*

Demonstrable track record of billing success and meeting or exceeding targets.

*

Strong commercial awareness and the ability to manage and grow client accounts.

*

Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

*

A proactive, resilient and self-motivated approach.

*

Ability to work autonomously while contributing to team and business objectives.

*

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for business use.
