Our client, a fast-growing company in the sustainability and energy tech sector are looking to hire a Sales & Marketing Executive to take control of lead generation and outbound campaign activity from their Stockport office.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working at pace, delivering results, and contributing directly to business growth.
Role Overview:
As Sales & Marketing Executive, you’ll manage outreach across email, LinkedIn, and phone — using marketing automation tools and data platforms to drive targeted campaigns. You’ll work closely with the sales team to ensure warm leads are followed up, pipelines are active, and performance is tracked and reported effectively.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Plan and run outbound campaigns using tools like Lemlist, HubSpot, Woodpecker, and Cognism
*
Build segmented contact lists for high-precision targeting
*
Monitor email performance, reply rates, and campaign engagement
*
Coordinate with sales colleagues to ensure timely lead handover and CRM updates
*
Make outbound calls to engage prospects or set up sales meetings
*
Create simple yet effective content for emails and LinkedIn messages
*
Use Pipedrive (or similar CRM) to manage lead tracking and reporting
Ideal Sales & Marketing Candidate Profile:

Background in B2B marketing, lead generation, or campaign delivery
*
Confident phone manner and experience in cold calling or telesales
*
Familiar with CRMs and marketing platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Mailchimp, Pipedrive)
*
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects
*
Results-oriented and keen to contribute to business success
*
Previous agency experience or work in an energy/sustainability business is a plus
*
Good understanding of GDPR and compliant data usage
What You’ll Receive:

Competitive salary between £36,000 – £40,000 depending on experience

Commission for qualified leads and bonus based on company-wide performance
