Candidates: Create an Account or Sign In
Position: Commercial Lead
Location: Ideally North of England (Hybrid)
Salary: £70,000–£85,000 + bonus + annual salary uplifts
We’re hiring a Commercial Lead to join a high-performing, incredibly sharp team in one of the UK’s top-performing tech sales businesses. You’ll be stepping into a well-oiled, commercially mature environment where pace meets precision.
This is a senior role that demands both experience and intelligence. You need to be confident interrogating margin, challenging deal structure, and supporting high-volume sales activity with sound commercial judgement. A sales background is essential, but your favourite part of the job should be the numbers.
We're looking for someone from the tech channel or a similar high-growth B2B sales environment, ideally with experience in distribution, value-added reselling, or IT solutions. You’ll be joining a team led by some of the strongest commercial minds in the industry.
