We are currently recruiting on behalf of our clients based in North Cambridge who are recruiting for an Accounts Payable Clerk on a permanent basis. This role is an office-based role, and to be successful you will have some experience in a similar role.
Typical duties include:
* Processing and coding invoices accurately and efficiently
* Managing supplier statements and resolving any discrepancies
* Preparing and authorising company payments
* Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring supplier details are up to date
* Supporting month-end processes and assisting the wider finance team with ad hoc tasks
You will have:
* An AAT Qualification or be keen to study towards one
* Strong numerical and analytical skills
* Excellent communication, both written and verbal
* Strong time management and organisational abilities
