What We're Looking For

A recognised apprenticeship or equivalent certification (BTEC/NVQ ideal)

At least 3 years' experience in a fast-moving manufacturing environment (FMCG preferred)

Confident in both electrical and mechanical maintenance

A proactive, solution-driven approach

The Role

Carry out both reactive and planned maintenance across a wide range of machinery

Work on robotics, conveyors, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems

Troubleshoot issues quickly and safely to minimise downtime

Collaborate with colleagues across operations, production, and other functions

Contribute to continuous improvement across safety, quality, and performance
