Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated and passionate English Teacher to join a secondary school in the Crosby area as soon as possible. For the role, we will be looking for a professional that has previous experience working with SEN students.

Hours: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Pay: Competitive, paid to scaleResponsibilities:

Create an inclusive environment for SEN students
Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the curriculum
Develop differentiated instruction strategies to meet the diverse needs of students
Inspire critical thinking, creativity, and a love for literature and language in students
Foster an inclusive and respectful classroom environment that encourages student participation
Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance
Stay up-to-date with educational best practices and incorporate innovative teaching methods
Mentor and guide students in their academic and personal growthExperience, Training, and Qualifications:

Previous SEN experience
Teaching qualification with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Previous experience in a UK school
Up-to-date Safeguarding training (desirable, but not essential as some training will be provided)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine passion for teaching and motivating young learnersEligibility Requirements:

Right to Work in the UK
Enhanced Child Barred List DBS certificate registered with the online update service (or willingness to process a new application)
