We are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef to work at - Headington Campus of Oxford Brookes University.

Location: Gipsy Lane, Headington, Oxford, OX3 0BP

Working Pattern: Fully Flexible between 6:00am - 7:00pm , fixed term contract until September 2025

Rate of Pay: £17 Per Hour

Key Responsibilities: 

To invent and create menus that are in line with client and customer needs  

To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers 

To enjoy the food you produce and ensure they are ‘picture perfect’ every time  

To assist in developing and producing new service styles and food concepts 

To communicate with the relevant parties requirements for planned menus and 
order necessary ingredients

Preparing and cooking fresh food for up to 1000 international students during summer school, breakfast lunch and dinner

Working within a team of 18 Chefs, Kitchen Assistants and Kitchen Porters

Our Ideal candidate will have a contract catering background
