We are seeking a passionate and ambitious Year 2 Teacher to join our thriving three-form entry primary school in Ealing from September 2025. About the Role: You will lead a well-supported Year 2 class as part of a collaborative KS1 team in a high-performing, inclusive school. Alongside your teaching responsibilities, the TLR will involve contributing to whole-school improvement through a focused leadership area—curriculum, phase leadership, or subject development, depending on your strengths and interests.

- Is a reflective practitioner committed to continuous development
