Our client is looking for an experienced Painter & Decorator to carry out a Project in the Sailsbury area, must have own tools and van, have a background with older style cottages / establishments, Sash windows, facia, window revels, putty, heritage and restoration would be an advantage.  Must have finesse and a high finish, must be presentable, reliable as working with customers in their homes. 

CSCS card preferred, must be able to provide 2 x sources of references, DBS preferred, must be able to carry out all aspects of painting and decorating from prepping to a good finish and live local to the Sailsbury area.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Reliable & Professional
Have own van and tools
Must be presentable
Must have good customer service
DBS Preferred
Experience with Older style Properties  
Hold a valid CSCS Card – preferred
Live in the Sailsbury area
Provide 2 x sources of references
