Astar Care Group are hiring, we are looking for a Childrens Residential Regional Manager for our new home going through registration

We currently have 4 Ofsted Registered homes and will be looking to register are 5th home

Must have 2 years experience in a management role.

Until Ofsted Registration Completion - £36k

Unqualified and Experienced £37,500

Qualified and Experienced £40k

Must have level 5 in Childrens Residential Care or working towards

9am - 5pm Monday to Friday

On call rota

Competitive Bonuses Annually

Ofsted Rating - Oustanding £3000 - Good £1500

House Occupancy - 95% £1500 - 90% £1000 - 85% £500

Staff Retention - 90% £1000 - 85% £500 - 80% £500
