Job Title: Registered Manager

Salary: £40,000 - £46,000 per annum

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager for a permanent position at our residential home near Hull. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in managing residential care facilities and have expertise in supporting individuals with learning and physical disabilities. A proven track record of achieving a good CQC rating is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the residential home.
- Ensure high-quality care and support for residents with learning and physical disabilities.
- Maintain compliance with CQC standards and consistently achieve good ratings.
- Lead and manage a team of care staff, providing guidance and support.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in residential home management.
- Strong understanding of learning and physical disabilities care.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Ability to maintain high standards of care and compliance.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
