Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer – £42,000 + Van + Fuel Card

Location: South West England & South Wales
Hours: Monday – Friday (8am – 5pm)
Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum (depending on experience)

About the Company

We are a well-established, air conditioning–focused building services company, specialising in the installation, service, and maintenance of commercial HVAC systems across the South West and South Wales. With a growing portfolio of blue-chip clients, we’re looking to expand our mobile engineering team.

The Role

As a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer, you’ll be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding, and repairs on a range of air conditioning systems across commercial buildings.

Typical systems include:

VRV / VRF systems

*

Split and multi-split units

*

AHUs and FCUs

You’ll be working independently, travelling between sites, and providing high-quality service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

*

Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on air conditioning systems.

*

Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently.

*

Ensure all work is completed to F-Gas standards and company quality procedures.

*

Complete site reports and documentation accurately.

*

Maintain excellent client relationships while on site.

Requirements

*

Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (or equivalent).

*

F-Gas Category 1 qualification.

*

Experience working on VRV, VRF, and split systems.

*

Full UK driving licence.

*

Strong customer service and communication skills
