Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established Southeast Asian restaurant with their search for an experienced Assistant Manager to join their team.

This busy and well-known site serves up a selection of Southeast Asian dishes to its loyal clientele. They would like to take the site to the "next level", increasing the number of covers and the dining experience, adding a bar menu and wine pairings.

Our client's ethos is to cook traditional Asian cuisine using modern techniques. They have a true passion for Hampshire ingredients paired with imported spices from China, Malaysia, and Thailand.

You should have experience in restaurant management and understand Southeast Asian cuisine.

As the new Assistant Manager, you will oversee the front-of-house operations, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience under the Restaurant Manager's guidance. You will also train and delegate tasks to your team, maintaining organisation.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of various management techniques, customer service, and restaurant operations.
