An Award Winning and established House Builder are looking for a Site Manager for a temp to perm opportunity. You will be overseeing a timber frame housing development with the support of a Project Manager and Assistant Site Manager.

Job Duties:

Manage and oversee the construction site, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project time-lines are met
Monitor and report on project progress, budget, and quality control
Lead site meetings and communicate effectively with all stakeholders
Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise on the site

Required Qualifications:

SMSTS certification
CSCS card
First Aid certification
Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle

Experience:

Proven experience in managing timber frame new build housing projects for a Housing Developer

Knowledge and Skills:

Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Proficient in project management software

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional certifications in construction management or related field

Working Conditions:

Fast-paced construction site environment, may require working evenings and weekends to meet project deadlines
