We’re offering a flexible, high-potential opportunity for driven, self-motivated freelance recruiters to join our extended talent network. You'll work on sourcing for in-demand roles across a wide range of industries—primarily within IT, Cyber Security, Project Management, Engineering, and beyond.

Whether you’re a part-time recruiter, an experienced 360 consultant, or someone with strong sourcing skills looking for a no-limits side hustle—you’ll have the tools and support to succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Sourcing qualified candidates for contract and permanent roles

* Using LinkedIn and job boards to build and manage talent pipelines

* Representing a respected recruitment brand with professionalism

* Working independently on live roles or reactivating dormant client accounts

* Taking control of your workflow, time, and income

What You’ll Need

* Experience sourcing candidates in IT, engineering, or related sectors

* Strong LinkedIn sourcing skills and Boolean search ability

* Self-driven and hungry to earn – this is commission-only

* Confidence to work independently and manage your own pipeline

* UK or EU base preferred, but open to international markets

* You must be a registered contractor/freelancer and handle your own tax/NI
