We are working with an international Construction group who have a wide range of experience delivering
projects within Building, Construction including Hotels and major Civil-Engineering programmes.
Project
The project comprises of a new 23-storey hotel and office development in Shoreditch, London and will complete in 2027
Role
Take full commercial ownership of the project through to completion
Reporting in to the Head of Commercial of the project on a daily basis
Managing a variety of the sub-contract packages
Process payments and manage client valuations
Diligently use the clients system to manage site project administration, including orders, variations, valuations, etc.
Detailed JCT contract knowledge
Supporting the Commercial Manager with the monthly CVR’s
Manage the preparation and submission of Extension of Time (EOT) claims
Manage Junior Quantity Surveyors
Person Specification
New build project experience
Proven history as lead QS on major developments
Thorough JCT Contract knowledge
Must have experience on projects from start to finish on all Commercial aspects
