Site Manager / Site Agent – Environmental & Civil Works

A regional civil & environmental contractor is seeking a Site Manager / Site Agent following the award of new frameworks and contracts. The role involves delivering a range of environmental works, including low-flow habitat improvements, gravel installation, river channel creation, pond creation, landscaping, and planting.

Projects are located across the M4 corridor and the South Coast, so the role will require occasional working away.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day site operations and subcontractors

* Deliver projects safely, on programme and within budget

* Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards

* Coordinate with clients, engineers and stakeholders

Requirements

* Proven experience delivering civil or environmental projects

* Civil engineering background preferred

* Strong site leadership and organisational skills

* SMSTS and relevant H&S qualifications preferred
