Temporary Patient Coordinator - Private Woman's Health Clinic

Start date: ASAP

Duration: Ongoing

Location: Harley Street

Pay: £17 p/h

Our client, a reputable health care organisation that specialise in woman's health, is seeking a Temporary Patient Coordinator to join their team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the clinic and providing excellent patient support.

You MUST have previous Medical Patient support experience ideally in a private clinic.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage the patient flow by proactively keeping track of appointments, patient arrivals, and any delays or issues that may arise.
Answer phone calls and assist patients with appointment scheduling, prescription requests, and general queries.
Guide patients to our client's website for relevant information and resources.
Utilise the clinical system to book or change appointments.
Follow up on new patient contacts promptly and schedule their first appointments.
Prepare and send out correspondence, blood test request forms, and other necessary documents for upcoming appointments.
Handle payment collection, book follow-up appointments, and ensure all tasks related to consultations are completed.
Manage patient emails, directing clinical queries to the appropriate doctors.
Address private prescription queries and process repeat prescription requests.
Liaise with doctors to facilitate responses to clinical queries.
Ensure test results are available for clinics and assist with any necessary coordination.
Maintain a clean and organised clinic environment, making sure supplies are stocked, the dishwasher is managed, and everything is in order.Qualities of the Ideal Candidate:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A strong and proactive communicator who keeps everyone informed and up-to-date, ensuring optimal patient and doctor experience.
Quick learner with the ability to retain information and apply it confidently.
Strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously.
Solid understanding of the clinic's purpose, focusing on high-quality patient care, a positive patient experience, and supporting the doctors.
Takes responsibility, never leaving tasks incomplete or unattended.
Proactive and assertive, taking initiative to ensure seamless clinic operations.
