As part of the SEN team, you will work closely with teachers, support staff, and specialists to ensure every student has the tools they need to succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Providing 1:1 and small group support for students with a range of SEN needs
• Assisting the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
• Supporting behaviour management and encouraging positive engagement
• Helping students build confidence, independence, and resilience
• Collaborating with staff to create a nurturing and inclusive environment
