Job Title: Commercial Sales Executive
Location: Colchester / Hybrid
Salary: £26,208 per annum plus commission
Hours: Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week

What does this role involve?

As a Commercial Sales Executive, you will generate leads and acquire new business for our commercial customer base. You will be great at building instant rapport and using your influencing and negation skills to confidently close the deal.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Proactively promoting Utilita's commercial energy offering via telephone and email to prospective clients.
Following up on sales leads to provide quotations, negotiate deals, and secure new contracts from direct business customers and TPIs.
Handling inbound enquiries and resolving them quickly and professionally, meeting our agreed SLA standards.
Acting as a key point of contact for our Business Development Managers and internal teams to support the full sales process.
Managing and resolving customer complaints effectively to maintain high satisfaction and trust.
Who are we looking for?
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience in B2B sales or working with TPIs in the energy or utilities sector is a plus.
A self-starter with a proactive attitude and excellent organisational skills.
Confident in handling objections and negotiating contracts.
Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset.Team days Monday / Tuesday in our Colchester office, following completion of 4-6 week training requirement onsite.
