We're working with a growing business looking for a Lead QA Engineer to join their Leeds team. You'll lead a team of testers while remaining actively involved in testing, automation and quality strategy across a range of digital and enterprise projects.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a testing team
Participate in hands-on testing
Develop and implement test strategies
Use automation tools like Python, Selenium & Playwright
Collaborate with stakeholders across projectsRequirements

Strong automation and manual testing (Python, Selenium or Playwright)
Experience or the desire to lead & mentor a team
Experience with test strategy, frameworks and planning
Experience with manual and automated testing
