Empowering Learning is working on behalf of a well-established and inclusive primary school in Oldham to recruit a full-time EYFS Teacher to start in September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and nurturing teacher who is passionate about early years development and committed to delivering child-centred learning.

Role Responsibilities:

Delivering engaging and purposeful lessons in line with the EYFS framework

Creating a stimulating classroom environment that promotes curiosity and independence

Monitoring pupil progress and tailoring learning to individual needs

Building strong, respectful relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

Working collaboratively with TAs and EYFS staff to enhance provision

What We're Looking For:

QTS or equivalent, with EYFS teaching experience

Sound knowledge of early childhood development and the EYFS curriculum

A proactive and creative approach to teaching

Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

Commitment to high standards and ongoing professional development
