As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Continuous Improvement Trainer to deliver high-quality training across Levels 2 – 5 within both apprenticeships and commercial settings.
The Role
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable trainer to deliver engaging, practical, and industry-relevant training in Continuous Improvement, Lean methodologies, and Six Sigma. The role includes classroom, online, and workplace-based delivery, ensuring learners are supported through every step of their qualification journey.
Key Responsibilities
· Deliver and assess Continuous Improvement qualifications (Level 2 – 5) to apprentices and commercial learners.
· Deliver content aligned with Lean Six Sigma principles (White to Green belt level).
· Design and adapt training materials to meet learners and client’s needs.
· Provide 1-to-1 coaching and support to learners to ensure success progress on qualification and facilitate improvement projects.
· Contribute to the ongoing development of our curriculum and delivery methods.
What We’re Looking For
· Proven experience delivering Continuous Improvement / Lean six sigma training
· Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (minimum)
· Recognised teaching or assessing qualifications
· Knowledge of apprenticeship standards, EPA requirements and government-funded training landscape
· Experience delivering apprenticeship standards and/or commercial training such as Lean Manufacturing Operative, Improvement Technician, Improvement Practitioner or Improvement Specialist
· Strong knowledge of CI tools and methodologies (5S, DMAIC, Kaizen, root cause analysis, etc)
· Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
