This is a brilliant opportunity for individuals with a passion for biology and a keen eye for detail to play a vital role in preparing and maintaining the equipment that helps bring science lessons to life.

The Role:

As Science Technicians, you'll be responsible for:

Preparing biological materials, specimens, and equipment for practical science lessons.
Ensuring laboratories are clean, safe, and well-stocked.
Supporting teaching staff by setting up and clearing away practical experiments.
Maintaining accurate records of chemicals, resources, and health and safety procedures.
Providing technical support during lessons when required.

What Schools Are Looking For:

A degree in Biology.
Previous experience in a school or lab environment is a bonus, but training can be provided.
Strong organisational skills and a methodical approach to tasks.
A genuine interest in education and supporting young learners.
