Our client is a leading UK-based construction company specialising in reinforced concrete frames and groundworks. Our client has a turnover of over £100 million per annum. Expertise spans a wide range of civil, commercial and residential projects, from large-scale developments to much smaller complex projects. Values vary from £5m - £30m.

About the Role

Due to healthy order books and company expansion, there is need for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the Commercial Department on projects ranging from £5m - £15m.

As the Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for CVR Meetings, developing future client relationships and hold the end goal of maximising the project profit margin.

About the requirements

* Demonstrable skills developed with a civil engineering or an RC Frame and groundwork contractor.

* Degree educated within Quantity Surveying or similar field.

* 5+ years experience within Quantity Surveying

Salary range of £100,000 to £120,000 per annum.
