HGV Technician – Sheffield

£19.50 per hour | OTE £45,000–£50,000 | 8am-6pm Monday–Friday

We are recruiting an experienced HGV Technician to join a state-of-the-art commercial vehicle dealership in Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-equipped workshop offering strong earning potential, manufacturer training, and clear career progression.

The Role – HGV Technician
You will be based in a busy workshop environment, responsible for:
Routine servicing, inspections, and diagnostics
Fault finding from initial diagnosis through to repair completion
Repairs and major overhauls on HGVs
Ensuring all work meets manufacturer and safety standardsWhat We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will have:
NVQ / City & Guilds Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
Previous experience as an HGV Technician within a dealership or fleet environment
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
A Class 1 (C+E) licence is advantageous but not essentialHow to Apply
