Simply Education is recruiting a School Cook to work in a school setting in Papworth Everard, Cambridgeshire.

This role is ideal for an experienced cook who can confidently manage kitchen duties and prepare nutritious meals while maintaining high food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing and cooking healthy, balanced meals

Managing kitchen operations and food preparation

Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety

Following HACCP procedures and food hygiene regulations

Essential Requirements:

Food Hygiene qualification

Strong understanding of HACCP

Ability to work 40 hours per week

Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)

Previous school or large-scale catering experience preferred
