Are you a highly skilled IT professional with a passion for maintaining and improving critical infrastructure? We are looking for a talented and experienced 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer to join a dynamic dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies, solve complex challenges, and be at the leading edge of exciting infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide advanced support and resolution for escalated infrastructure-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and high service availability.

* Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot Wintel environments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

* Implement, configure, and manage virtualized environments using VMWare.

* Support and optimize email security and archiving solutions, particularly Mimecast.

* Administer and maintain Nutanix hyper-converged infrastructure platforms.

* Collaborate with 1st and 2nd line teams to ensure a smooth escalation process and knowledge sharing.

* Participate in infrastructure projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.

* Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation and procedures.

* Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve existing systems.

Essential Skills and Experience:

* Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with Wintel technologies (Windows Server, Active Directory, etc.).

* Proven expertise in managing and troubleshooting VMWare environments.

* Strong familiarity with Mimecast for email security and archiving solutions.

* Good working knowledge of Nutanix hyper-converged infrastructure systems.

* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.

* Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

* Flexibility to participate in out-of-hours support or on-call duties, when required.
