A leading UK manufacturer and distributor of specialist goods is seeking an ERP Application Specialist to join its dedicated IT team. This position plays a key role in supporting and enhancing the central ERP platform that underpins core manufacturing and supply‑chain operations.

Key Responsibilities
Provide support for the ERP system and associated business applications
Diagnose and resolve real‑time system issues
Drive continuous improvement and support ERP upgrade activity
Lead system enhancement initiatives and improvement projects
Manage user and system administration tasks
Liaise with vendors and third‑party partners
Improve reporting processes and support automation opportunitiesEssential Experience
Strong technical/functional understanding of ERP solutions
Background in manufacturing or supply‑chain environments
Solid project management capability
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of on‑prem to SaaS migration activitiesDesirable: Experience supporting EDI solutions.

Salary: £40,000–£45,000 + 25 days holiday + benefits
Location: Worcestershire
